Priscilla Presley, ex-wife of Elvis, has filed a lawsuit alleging financial elder abuse and theft of $1 million, her lawyer announced Wednesday. The suit, filed by attorney Marty Singer, claims Brigitte Kruse, founder of Kruse GWS Auctions, and others took advantage of the 79-year-old Presley. According to court documents, Kruse allegedly isolated Presley from close contacts and manipulated her into a “form of indentured servitude.”

She met the rock icon at 14, moved to Graceland at 16, and married him at 21. Kruse GWS Auctions has previously worked with the Presley estate.
