Elvis’ granddaughter Riley Keough poses in a red bikini of the shores of Greece after wrapping Daisy Jones And The Six
Riley Keough, who is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, posted a photo on her Instagram in celebration of reaching the end of filming her latest TV-mini series. The actress posed in a red bikini on a beach in Greece, where Daisy Jones And The Six officially wrapped.
Reese Witherspoon is one of the executive producers of the Amazon Prime show, and her production company, Hello Sunshine, is also part of the project.
The Zola star – whose grandfather is Elvis Presley – sat comfortably in her red two-piece swimsuit alongside other crew members of the show.
She wore a pair of big sunglasses and a straw sun hat to keep the sun out of her face.
The crystal blue water and rocky shore stretched behind the actress and some crew members as they lounged on the shore.
The star shared the post on her Instagram, and added a grateful and heartfelt caption that stated, ‘I’m officially done with @daisyjonesandthesix and we ended on the beaches of Greece. Thank you to the amazing crew who worked so hard. I can’t wait for everyone to see the beautiful work everyone’s done.’
The star-studded cast also includes Sam Claflin, Suki Waterhouse, Will Harrison, and Camila Morrone.
The TV show will consist of 10 episodes and is based on a novel of the same name, written by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
Keough will play the main character, Daisy Jones, and the story will follow Jones and her band trying to rise to fame in the 70s.
On a post on her Instagram in September 2021 when filming first began, the Mad Max: Fury Road actress discussed how excited and grateful she was to be a part of the Amazon Prime series.
‘I am so proud of how hard everyone has worked to bring this story to life.’
Keough is the granddaughter of the king of rock n’ roll, Elvis Presley. It is very fitting that she is able to star in a series that embodies that kind of music.
The 33-year-old has been making a name for herself, and recently attended the 2022 Cannes Film Festival where her film, War Pony, premiered.
Keough directed the movie alongside Gina Gammell. The movie received a standing ovation the moment credits began to roll at the end. The film was also Keough’s very first directorial debut.
‘This was a collaboration between all of us, and this is all of our film,’ Riley stated, according to People.
