Riley Keough Shares A Rare, Heartwarming Photo With Her Father Danny Keough
In her recent Instagram post, Keough has shared a rare photo of being with her father having fun in the breathtaking waters of Hawaii.
When we thought that Elvis Presley’s granddaughter has finished sharing great photos of her time in Hawaii with her mother and friends, Riley Keough surprised fans with another photo from her time in the Aloha state. Keough definitely deserved to have a peaceful vacation with her family and loved ones as her movie, Zola, performed well with critics and audiences. It was also a needed vacation due to losing her younger brother Benjamin Storm, who unfortunately took his life at the age of 27.
Despite being divorced for a long time, Keough’s mother has maintained a close friendship with the father, musician Danny Keough. In her recent Instagram post, Keough has shared a rare photo of being with her father having fun in the breathtaking waters of Hawaii.
If there is one thing that the eldest granddaughter of Elvis needed, it was to see her biological father during that difficult time. To see them again in such positive spirits after a tragedy is very endearing and it has relieved her fans to see that she is with her father again. In the company of friends and her husband Ben Smith-Petersen, it’s uplifting for Keough to take a break from everything.
Fans have sent sweet comments to Keough on her Instagram post, expressing similar gratitude for seeing the two together after how much 2020 has treated them harshly. One comment in particular took note that her father had a tough year since losing a son before his time is up is devastating. No parent should have to go through something like that, and an older or younger sibling shouldn’t have to be left behind either.
Unfortunately, loss continues to burden Keough’s family as her great-grandmother on her mother Priscilla’s side, Anna Lillian Iversen, passed away not too long ago. She was only 95 and lived a long life, but her passing is still sad as she has been a light to her family, as Priscilla has said in her statement.
Hopefully the family will continue to stay strong despite the losses that crossed their paths in the turn of the third decade from the new millennium. During this difficult time, stay close to those you care about and be with them as much whenever possible. That is certainly what Keough will be doing going forward.
