Before marrying Andre Agassi in 2001, Graf had two serious relationships: a four-year connection with an American photographer and a seven-year involvement with German racecar driver Michael Bartels.

Graf and Agassi, celebrated figures in tennis, began dating in 1999 and got married in 2001. They have two children. While Graf retired in 1999, Agassi continued playing until 2006, concluding his career at the 2006 US Open. Their enduring partnership remains a prominent chapter in tennis history.
