Morgan Pressel is a renowned American golf professional and commentator. She founded the Morgan Pressel Foundation to honor her mother Kathryn, who lost her life to breast cancer. The South Florida Foundation aims to spread awareness about the disease through social media campaigns, charity events, and fundraisers. Through research and early detection, the Morgan Pressel Foundation offers a better platform to fight against breast cancer. The foundation holds this tournament yearly where donors and golfers come together to raise donations and support the noble cause. The 18th annual event was held at St. Andrew’s Country Club on Monday, where golfers helped raise money for a second Mammovan. This mobile mammography unit helps detect breast cancer and aids in early treatment.
