Carlos Alcaraz sparks Emma Raducanu relationship frenzy after latest action

Carlos Alcaraz has sparked rumours of a romance between himself and Emma Raducanu yet again with his social media activities. Eagle-eyed tennis fans have noticed that the 2024 Wimbledon winner has visited Raducanu’s Instagram page, liking most of her recent posts. Rumours have persisted over the pair dating over the summer but there has been nothing substantial to back that up.

But Alcaraz’s social media activity has sent fans into a frenzy, which includes liking her latest post advertising Evian water. Other liked photos include her holiday pics and summertime snaps and it has not gone unnoticed. One fan replied: “Carlitos is so lucky.”

Another posted: “And Carlos is back!”
And a third said: “Well,well, two things are certain in this life: the first is death and the second is the like of Carlitos Alcaraz on Emma Raducanu’s posts.” The likes have sparked so much speculation that fans have even noticed when the Spaniard has not dropped the hearts.

On a Pinterest post including Raducanu, fans noticed Alcaraz had not liked the post. One said: “Where is Carlitos.”

A second said: “Sorry, Carlitos. My like was faster this time.” Both players are eyeing glory at the US Open this summer, having both had success at Flushing Meadows before. In fact, the New York event was the first major of both of their careers – Raducanu winning in 2021 and Alcaraz a year later in 2022.

Alcaraz beat Casper Ruud in four sets to claim his first Grand Slam event while Raducanu defied the odds to win the US Open by beating Leylah Fernandez in the final. Rumours spread over a potential romance between the two earlier this summer and fans are desperate to get to the bottom of it.

Raducanu is in action on Tuesday night, when she will face Sofia Kenin in the second round. Her 25-year-old opponent has a somewhat fiery past, having launched an astonishing assault on the crowd at the Italian Open earlier this year. Alcaraz, meanwhile, is also in action at the Arthur Ashe Stadium tonight where he will Australian star Li Tu.
