Olivia Newton-John’s widower, John Easterling, has listed the couple’s 12-acre SoCal estate for $8,965,000, according to People magazine. The estate in Santa Ynez features a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with 4,452 square feet of living space. The “Grease” star reportedly spent her final days here with her family before she died of breast cancer in August 2022. She was 73.

“Olivia and I made many wonderful memories at our home in Florida and the ranch in California,” Easterling told People. “The Indian Way Ranch in Santa Ynez is a spectacular property where I can see a new family having great nature adventures and relishing the life experience.”
The property last changed hands in 2015 for $4,690,000.
With its amenities, spacious layout, and picturesque surroundings, the ranch is ideal for “summer nights,” and may win you over after you take a look.
