Elvis Presley’s Granddaughter Riley Keough Profits Nicely on Her $1.7M L.A. Home
Actress Riley Keough, granddaughter of the king of rock ‘n’ roll himself, Elvis Presley, made a tidy profit on her Los Angeles home sale. Listed at the end of April for $1,595,000, the petite, two-bedroom, two-bath, Tudor-style perch fetched even more—$1,755,000.
And who wouldn’t be charmed by this historic lil’ home? At just under 1,200 square feet, with an adorable backyard, the place is a bona fide cutie.
Put up almost a century ago, this sweet home is hidden behind mature hedges and a gate, which give it distinct fairy-tale vibes.
A large living room with hardwood floors and a picture window dominates the first floor. The layout flows smartly to a dining nook and open kitchen with stainless appliances, butcher-block counters, and a small island with room for three stools.
The main bedroom features two closets, French doors that lead to the backyard, and a spa tub in the adjoining bathroom. Along with a second bedroom, the home also offers a laundry room and an attic space that could be used as a home office or a third bedroom.
Outside, the lovely property boasts mature citrus trees and a separate infrared sauna in the rear as well as a shady courtyard up front. A garage and central air complete the package.
Keough is the daughter of Danny Keough and Elvis’s only child Lisa Marie Presley, who died at age 54 in 2023.
Keough has appeared in a number of movies, including “Magic Mike” and “Mad Max: Fury Road.” More recently, she starred in the TV series “Daisy Jones and The Six,” based on the novel by Taylor Jenkins Reid.
