Explore the Luxurious Interiors of Riley Keough’s $1.6 Million L.A. Residence – Exclusive Look!
The Atwater Village Tudor-style abode features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a traditional, 1920s-inspired architectural style
Riley Keough’s beautiful 1927 Los Angeles house has hit the market. The Daisy Jones & The Six actress’ Tudor-style 2-bedroom 2-bathroom abode is currently listed at $1.59 million. Listed by Compass, the 1,191-square-foot house sits on a picturesque, tree-lined street in the L.A. neighborhood of Atwater Village.
“In the heart of Atwater Village, this classic Tudor is just around the corner from Glendale Blvd, where residents come together to partake in Los Angeles’ best foodie spots, coffee shops and bars,” Compass agent Todd Bachenheimer tells PEOPLE of the home. “Atwater Village is one of Los Angeles’ hottest neighborhoods.”
The recently restored historic home has tons of luxurious details, including the home’s original hardwood floors and a massive spa bathtub.
“This modern interpretation of a classic Tudor home in Atwater Village seamlessly blends original charm with contemporary conveniences,” Bachenheimer adds.
“Exuding the timeless elegance of 1920s architecture, the home boasts classic, period-correct details such as a large picture window, coved ceiling and original hardwood floors.”
The 1920s house — on a 4,797 square foot lot — also features plenty of comforts, including alcove seating and a daybed, as well as outdoor spaces that are home to fruit trees, a standalone sauna and “lush landscaping,” with plenty of room to relax in the large yard.
The listing’s staging allows fans a glimpse at how Keough and her husband, actor and stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen, designed the space.
The kitchen includes frosted glass cabinets and butcher block countertops, and both bedrooms feature plenty of wide-open space and glass double doors leading into the backyard. Another room’s walls are decorated with quirky pink flowered wallpaper, and the refurbished attic is complete with built-in storage, the daybed and carpeted floors.
Keough and Smith-Petersen (who tied the knot in February 2015 and welcomed daughter Tupelo in 2022) purchased the house for $1.3 million in the winter of 2018, reports the Robb Report.
The granddaughter of Elvis Presley and daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, Keough recently made headlines when she earned an Emmy nomination for her work in Daisy Jones — and when she became the sole owner of Elvis Presley Enterprises and the Graceland estate following Lisa’s death last year, following a long-lasting legal battle with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley.
In an August interview with Vanity Fair, Riley said the drama between her and her grandmother had been settled following the legal issues.
“Things with Grandma will be happy. They’ve never not been happy,” she said. “There was a bit of upheaval, but now everything’s going to be how it was. She’s a beautiful woman, and she was a huge part of creating my grandfather’s legacy and Graceland… It’s a big responsibility she has tried to take on. None of that stuff has really ever been a part of our relationship prior. She’s just been my grandma.”
